- 250 gm Bitter Gourd, Cut Half,Remove Seeds and Thinly Sliced
- 30 gm Chinese Fermented Black Bean Sauce
- 5 gm Granulated Sugar
- 15 gm Garlic, Thinly Sliced
- 10 gm Ginger Shredded
- 10 ml Chinese Cooking Wine
- 5 gm Table Salt
- 20 ml Oil
- 5 ml Sesame Oil
